Questions about the fee

What does the first call cost?

It's 20 minutes at no charge, so you can hear the road and the fee before you decide. A signed fee agreement is what makes us your lawyers; court costs and fines are never part of it.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. The schedule is written into your agreement, and the total stays the same.

What if my case goes to trial?

A trial is quoted as its own flat fee, in writing, before you owe it. You're never billed by the hour for it.

Does the fee change if the charge changes?

Only in writing, and only if the charge becomes a different kind of case. A reduced charge never raises your fee.
